This Privacy Policy explains how Nelson Manufacturing Group Inc., d/b/a Palmer Industries (“Palmer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal data in compliance with applicable laws. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal information transparently and lawfully. This Policy applies to all personal information Palmer Industries collects through our website and services (collectively, the “Services”). It is intended to meet global privacy requirements, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), and other applicable laws.
